Team bundles

Setliner Pro for churches, bands and other teams. A bundle is bought once by the person who runs the team. They keep one seat and hand out the others in the app to people who join the team with its join code. A given seat covers up to three active devices; the owner’s own seat covers four. Buy more than one bundle and the seats pool.

Trials & activation

Each feature has its own independent 90-day trial. Starting a trial or activating a purchase needs a verified email address and an internet connection.

A trial starts when you activate that feature—not when you install the free app. Renewing the cached license does not extend the trial deadline.

Devices & offline use

One license covers up to four active devices. A seat given to you from someone else's team bundle covers up to three. After activation, a cached license allows offline use for up to 90 days between successful renewals. Purchased ownership is one-time; renewing the cache is a license check, not another payment.

You can release devices you no longer use, up to five successful releases per seat in a rolling 30-day period.

License checks do not send your songs or setlists. Contact us if you have a licensing question.

Payment & refunds

Purchases on setliner.com are sold by Polar Software, Inc. (Polar), our merchant of record and reseller. Polar takes your payment, collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, issues your receipt and handles refunds under its own checkout terms, which you accept alongside our End User License Agreement. We never see your card details. Purchases made through an app store are sold by that store under its terms and refund policy.

Terms

Every copy of Setliner is licensed under the End User License Agreement. What the app and our services collect is described in the Privacy Policy. Organizations that use Teams are covered by our Data Processing Addendum.
